Great effectiveness for my needs. These are just the right dosage strength to help me sleep through the night but not so strong that I am drowsy in the morning. The flavor is good too and not too chewy or sweet. No issue with side affects.

Seems to be helping with both falling asleep and getting back to sleep after waking up for bathroom trip. Have tried several over the years but will be sticking with this.

I got off a high amount of caffeine and this really helped my sleeping pattern thank goodness! I’m not going to take them for a long period it says temporary. But I do recommend them getting a sleep cycle back on track for a short period of time always as a doctor if you’re un sure!

The only thing that puts me to sleep. For someone suffering from insomnia for more than 10yrs. I have tried regular pill forms of melatonin which works awful. Couldn't sleep and drowsy the whole entire day after. Olly is a life changer. I took it 30 mins before bed and it knocks me out until the next morning. No headache, drowsiness or nausea sensation. The only reason I'm giving it a 4 star is because the new bottle I received seems to be different than my first bottle. The gummie color looks lighter and came slightly melted together.

Takes too long to get thru my system. I take it an hour before bed and not sleepy by then. Once I fall asleep, I do sleep and had some weird dreams. Most likely wont buy again. Want something that works faster.

These seem to do the trick for me. I am not groggy in the morning and I fall asleep fast. The taste is great - I did not notice any issues with the way they smell at all, and are easily chewed. I still get up at least once in the night, which is not a problem for me. I have not noticed any increase in weird dreams. I think people let their imaginations run wild and overthink this.
